Family with children excellent experience
The staff went over and beyond to, especially with the kids. The river shuttle really made getting around easy and gave us a chance to see some amazing views of the water.
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but you get what you pay for, right?

Pleasant views, appreciated perfect and nice setting.
The hotel was high-class with incredibly polite staff members and a pool bar. Location: the property was just next door to the 1921 restaurant, a convenience store and anywhere in Bangkok. The service was excellent, the food was amazing! We had a fine stay in a long time.

The hotel was relaxing, it had competent staff especially the manager. The rooms were stylish and new-fashioned, had a bidet, a walk-in shower, and bath robes in the bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful with so many great Thai foods: you could find slices of fresh bread and cheese. Beautiful remote location very close to a getaway, other location / areas, and attractions and shops. A few times I ate at Bonchon, located not very far from the property.

The hotel was big size and facilities were really good, it had amazing and lovely location not far from the Chao Praya river, the riverfront, across the center of Bangkok and a Thai restaurant.

i like to stay at the hotel, because covenience to travel to my head office. i still perfer to stay at the old wings.
I stay at the new premium deluxe room which is newly renovated. Rooms is nice and comfortable.what i dont like is no lift to go up 2nd level had to climb up to nine steps, bathroom and toilets not proper design, shower place to narrow ,water flows out throw the glass door when you shower. I have been staying at the hotel a few times, this is my bad experience staying at the newly renovated wings with bad design bathroom and toilets. i stays 5 nights and entitle only 1 hour free for using internet in my rooms, if you want free must go to the lobby dont you think is stupid, what is the difference using internet in the rooms and lobby you just created inconvenience. This is just my view and not complain.

Enjoying the lush gardens and the expansive pool area was like a tropical escape. The breakfast buffet had an amazing array of options, including fresh juices and a vegetarian noodle corner that just blew my mind!

Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely hotel . Riverside location. Free hotel shuttle boat to pier where bts leaves from. Train service easy to use and advise to escape Bangkok traffic. Also Boat shuttle to Asiatique. New shopping ,dining on Riverfront. Great shopping prices. Highly recommend. Hotel spa excellent. Also Food and service great. Most comfortable beds on my Asia trip. Recommend Kasara Club upgrade.Lots of inclusions.
Occasional sewage small different areas hotel near river but guess to be expected. Not enough information from hotel on shuttle boat times and transport to Asiatique.Lucky had done some research and knew they had this.

Very clean and comfortable rooms
We asked for a late checkout and was charged a riddiculous rate, I guess because we didnt book on Booked.net, also they charged us $10 extra then what was stated on the Booked.net web-site.

It has very nice view of the river. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay their again.
It is expensive to buy food their. You can enjoy the stay but on other hand try to eat outside the hotel.
